God bless In Mourning this Thursday
Good morning to all.
My RNY-open was canceled because my mother passed away on 2/11 of natural causes . My opp was for 2/15 .I've been schedueled for 2/22. I don't know if i'm going in to soon after my mothers passing. But my dr's office told me if i wait longer i would have to start all over again.My insurance gives a short grace period. I'm so confussed... My mother and i weren't on good terms but that was still my mom and i loved her dearly. I'm just leaving it in Gods hands. Well I'll keep in touch. Till later

Let your loved ones know how much you love them & how much they mean to you today , because tommarow may never come. LIFE IS TO SHORT TO BE ANGRY AND LOOKING FOR WHO IS AT FAULT...................

Not sure what to say hun other then I am very sorry for your loss......~hugs your tight~ If you need to talk please email me with your number and I will call......sometimes it is best to just talk about it to get it out..........

You're absolutely right, Lorraine - to set aside our differences and care for one another. Sorry for your loss - I know that can be very difficult. And you have yet a few challenges ahead but you won' regret it because you are here and you will be here for your children as hard as it is for you to lose your mom but do this in her memory as she would have been proud of you for doing it and know we are proud of you too. One thing I wanted to remind you of is to take lip balm depending on your surgery and them leaving the NG tube for a few days - your lips will get very dry. But you hit the nail in the head when you said - you're leaving it in God's hands - with that you have said it all - and everything will be fine. Just walk, walk walk afterwards! Good luck to you.
