Just got my final pre-surgical clearance...

Just got my final pre-surgical clearance meeting at the hospital yesterday. Had to see a nurse, got the whole "this is what we're going to do on the day" speech, give her a whole medical history...then got to meet with the anesthesiologist, who basically just asked about my prior surgeries and if I'd ever had a bad reaction to anesthesia. She looked down my throat, said all looked good...and then a doctor walked in, who took another! medical history, asked me a bunch of questions, and said I was cleared and sent me on my way! I'm nervous, but I know inside that I'm doing the right thing, both for myself and my health. The 23rd can't get here soon enough for me at this point. To quote the great philosopher, Al Bundy..."Let's rock."
