You're the best Alice. I just tried the Carb Countdown Yogurt. 1.5 g fat, 4 g carb (only 1 sugar -it's made with Splenda) and 12 g protein. The blueberry is really good. I make my own shakes with Carb Countdown skim milk, Carb Countdown yogurt and protein powder. The powder is 1/2 whey and 1/2 soy and is labeled vanilla, but really doesn't have much flavor at all. The yogurt ends up flavoring the shake. I add in my vitamin powder and all the other supplements that I take and it's all done at once. My only problem is that after I have my surgery, I'm hoping I can get the whole thing down. I may have to divide it up and not try to drink it all at once? In the end the shake is 1.5 fat, 10 g carb and 38 g protein. Cheryl
