Protein Powder Help

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to use this stuff. I got a bunch of sample packets from Vitalady and I haven't found anything I like. I put some in my oatmeal and it got all clumpy and grainy. Then I made the mistake of making a container of Crystal light and adding the powder and leaving it in the fridge. I came home to seperated ickness. I need a hint on how to make this work. I'm trying to get used to it before surgery and so far am not having any luck. Thank you ahead of time

I would recommend the Carnation Instant Breakfast protein shakes. (no added sugar). You can buy them anywhere & they don't leave that aftertaste.
