1 year out tomorrow!!!!!!

Hey All, Its been a while since I have been on the Message boards. But I figured I would pop in and give a lil update on myself. I will be one year out tomorrow. I have lost 184 lbs. I have gone from a size 28-30 to a size 14 IM about 40lbs to my own personal goal. My weight loss has slowed down a lil bit over the last month and a half but with some more hard work IM sure I will get to where I wanna be. I am so happy with my results! I can't believe how fast the year has gone by. It is mind blowing to me to think this time last year I was 184lbs heavier. Talk to you all soon. I have to start coming back more often. Nic! You look incredibly beautiful! You've been awesome since I found this website and I hope you enjoy you're 1 year anniversary. I have very little doubt that you'll have a problem having fun! CONGRATULATIONS NICOLE!!!! Mom showed me your sexy new picture when we went to the meeting Wednesday night!!! You look fantastic... even more fantastic than you looked in November when I last saw you!! You're a beautiful girl.. don't ever forget that kid! It was great seeing Mom also.
