PHYC EVAULATION :HELP

I KNOW THERE IS A PHYC EVAULATION AND I BELIEVE A NUTRION EVAULATION. WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS DO THEY ASK. AND DO YOU THINK I CAN SCHEDULE THESE MYSELF MU FIRST APT IS NEXT WEEK AND I WANT TO DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO HELP SPEEP THIS PROCESS ALONG AND WANT SEGURY BY JUNE. IS THAT NOT REALISTIC. I AM VERY DETERMINED MY BMI IS 41.5 :HELP

Laura, I am still Pre-Op but just had my Phyc Eval and we just sat and chatted about the surgery, he just wanted to know if I understood what will be happening and the risks. It was about 1 hr and I was done. I guess different Dr's do different things. I only have been using 1 of the Dr's that works with my surgeon because I am not in the area and needed Dr's closer to me. I hope that helps some. Debra P

I was nervous like you with what type of questions will be ask, but it was very simple, she was more into hearing about my health and the surgery and why I want to do it...there were some questions ask like" do I go out to have fun, do I feel like I am depress, history of medical issue or medication...I spent 30 mins in her office...she approved me right away, just be yourself and honest and you will be okay
