Hello All You Wonderful New Yorkers Anyone can be an Angel ---pre-ops, post-ops, family, friends anyone!! It really doesn't matter where you are on this journey....what matters is giving support to each other! Give it a try, you will be surprised at how much YOU will receive by being an Angel to someone. ~~If you want happiness for an hour----take a nap. ~~If you want happiness for a day----go fishing. ~~If you want happiness for a month----get married. ~~If you want happiness for a year----inherit a fortune. ~~If you want happiness for a lifetime----help others. If you have been an Angel.....tell us your experience..........Thanks!! Below is the link here at AMOS that explains it~~~ http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/beanangel.phtml

Good Morning My Sweet Angel Alice! It's so good to see you. I hope you enjoyed your visit with your wonderful grandson! As for being an Angel I love it. I get so much out of being an angel I feel if I can help someone the way I have been helped then that's what matters. Yes I am still learning from my own experiences with WLS but I can also pass on what I have learned. I am there for my Angeletts when ever they need me even if it is just to talk. Sometimes I even learn from them. So I am Happy to Be an Angel I hope you have a wonderful day! Alice Thank You for always being there! Love ya, Evelyn {{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}} 247/139/past goal

I need an angel!! Im scheduled for surgery in the next 8 days. Each day I feel more nervous to the point that my chest hurts...(not hard but a little). Is that a panic attack? I know im worried about risk but im confident that everythig will go fine. I live in Queens and I having the surgery at Cornell. If anyones available to be my angel my heart will always be with you (and yes you guys too Not to mention I will be in the hospital on my birthday
