I just wanted to give y'all an update since I had posted yesterday and was down in the dumps... Today I did much better and made the right choices (No fast foods today!)... Instead I made my chicken salad ahead of time and took it with me along with some cheese... I know I can do this but sometimes it does get tough... I'm so glad I have my AMOS family here because without you all I would be lost!!! I really just wanted to express my gratitude and admiration to all of you here for your replies... I feel so loved and at home on this forum!! Seriously you all are great and are my heroes!! Chelle -44 now

Don't forget string cheese, to take with you--lots of protein!! Also make sure you have some of your favorite foods in your refrig, ready to grab and eat!! Cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs, tuna salad, thin sliced deli meat rolled with cheese, deviled eggs, chilli, any cheese, ricotta with your favorite sauce heated up! Just be creative with the foods on your drs plan!!
