New Yummies at WalMart

I went to WALMART yesterday and found some new yummies for us! One is HILLS BROS CAPPUCHINO CARB WISE sugars 1g. Less then $3.00 a can and it has 23 servings!!! I got the French Vanilla and it is YUMMY!! I also found MINI CARB Carrot cake Mix by CARB SENSE FOODS...this is regularly $3.89 a box...now $!.00 a box, I had a piece for breakfast and YUMMMMM...it only requires 2 eggs, 1 c. water and I replaced the 2/3 c. of vegetable oil with unsweetened applesauce and threw in a mini box of raisins...16 grams of protein and 3 grams of sugar. I also picked up thier apple cinnamon muffin mix (2 g sugar and 12 g. protein)and a box of thier Country Spice Hot Cereal (0 sugar and 12 g protein) CHECK IT OUT!!!!

I have been having trouble finding breakfast foods. this was a great help. I need more ideas. I live alone I don't cook and it's been very difficult. So thank you very much! Martine 458 to 388pds 3mths out!

Hi Martine, They also have a chocolate flavored hot cereal that I did not get, but so many on here have said its really good, that when I go to WalMart tomorrow Im going to get a box and try it! Congrats on your loss so far! You are doing wonderfully!! Charl
