Been a long time

Boy I didn't realize how long it has been. I sure did miss this site and all the support. Now it's time to get back on the wagon. I have hit the plateau from ****. 2 months and nothing. But I guess, the total so far will get me past that. I have now lost 197 lbs since surgery, I really want to get under 200. That may only be 7 lbs away, but seems so far. I guess I will start reading more posts and getting ideas to get things back in gear again.
