Mary J Surgery update (x-post)

My husband, Jonathan and I went to see Mary J today. She is still in the hospital one week after her bypass surgery. She had some problems with blood clots in her stomach. This resulted in a couple of staples popping. Dr Singh had to do more surgery to fix the problem. She is still in ICU but as soon as they have a bed for her on the sixth floor she will move out of ICU. Her spirits are good. She would love to have some company. Mary tells me she expects to be out by Thursday. She hopes to stop down to the St Peter's support group Tuesday night. She especially appreciated the well wishes from the group and all those who sent then via the Internet. Diana L     --

Hi Diana~~ Thanks for the update on Mary. I hope that by today, she is out of ICU, in her own room and feeling much better!! Please tell her I said--Hello and wish her all the best for a speedy recovery.
