100 LBS LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Everyone,
I know its been a very long time ever since you all have heard from me, so here I am giving everyone a brief update about whats been going on in my life.
First, I want to let everyone know that I have lost 100 lbs as of 1/18/2005 so am now at 257 from 357 pre-op. I have never felt so happy about myself before than what I feel at the moment. I now wear a size 40 waist from a 50 waist before surgery and a X-Large in shirt from a 4X-Large. I must say that this is very exciting for me and I feel great.
Second, I went back home to St.Croix on January 1st thru 11th to visit my family who haven't seen me in two and half years. Well, need I say the reaction on everyone's face was very interesting to see. No one could believe of the amount of weight lost and always commented that I was a whole different person and that I dont look like the old Jonathan from before. That made me very happy about myself and made my self-esteem ever better (not that it was ever bad). I also participated in the annual Carnival Parade and need I say that I had no kind of conduct at all. Overall my trip was very good and I was very happy to see my family.
Finally, I want to say hello to all my girls who are probably wondering where I am. To Renee H, Nicole H, Mercedes, Marcia L, Sarah, Angelene, Celena, Ina and to the rest who I havent forgotten a Happy New Years and Much Love goes out to all of you.
For now thats all I have to say and I will soon be updating with New Pictures.
Much Love
Jonathan

Wassup Mery,
Glad to hear from you and that you are doing great. You keep up the good work sweetie and you will soon be at that goal. I am eating anything to be honest with you but I just remind myself all the time to eat healthy and also in portions, other than that everything is going great with me. Keep in touch and continue with the good work.

wow Jonathan Im so proud of you! You are a true inspiration for me as my surgery date is 2/15/05. I can only pray that I will be where you are at one day. I'm getting the jitters but I feel confident that I have made the right decision because of my health issues. Good for you! Much future success. Sandy
Hi Jonathan,
Congratulations on your success. I am 1 week post op, and it is heartening to see what I may be able to achieve! Best of Luck!

PS- I am jealous of your trip to the USVI. I've had a chance to dive St. Thomas and St. John in the past. I could use some warm water and sand about now!
