Hi Evelyn I am here freezing with this cold up here, it has not been above ZERO in a week and down to 15 below or more at night. Still out walking in the afternoon's to keep slim. Tony 420/205/@goal

Boy I think I would be popsical if I lived where you are (NO WAY ) I see you are at your goal CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU I am so happy for you I am also at goal weight and have gone 3 more pounds past it. I am so happy I never thought I would see the day I would be the weight I am. It is always good to hear from you Tony. Hay a Picnic sounds good to me I would of never thought of even getting close to goal but I did. I am now trying to get more plastic surgery done in March so we will see what happens with that, I will be two years out next month so this is going to be GREAT. As for the cold its bad but I just keep putting the WOOD to the fire to keep warm. Be good and think SNOW because we need some so I can ride the SLED

Hey Tony we got a few inches here in Westcher last night , come on down here you can go slay riding here We are supposed to get a really bad snow storm starting late Saturday night into Monday morning but we will see. Evelyn, Goog morning my Angel...... we have been so busy with getting into a new place, hubby has to make some cabinets today, on his day off........ We are cleaning the thing we kept and took from the fire but so much of that stuff needs to be thrown out.... But other then that we are doing well, getting past each day and trying to get back to a normal life......... Take care hun, Debra
