US Duodenal Switch W. OHIP ?

I have a BMI of 52 and sleep apnea and a plus thirty year history of yoyo dieting including weigh****chers and hospital supervised dieticians. I have justed started doing my WLS research and would like to know if anyone knows of a US surgeon who has accepted OHIP insurance coverage for a Duodenal Switch.
