stuck

I started at 275lbs 5 feet 5 inches, night before surgery, 1-20-04 I have lost a total of 90 lbs so far, but I have been stuck on 90 lb weight lost for months and months now , I feel great at 185lbs but my doc wants me to loose at least 20 or 25 more lbs how do I overcome this stand still

Go back to basics. Increase water and get your protein or maybe increase exercise. your body is just getting use to where its at, it will pick up
