Hi Jenn! So glad to hear that your surgery went well and you're on the other side now... Hmmmm green tea? I should try that... I am still gassy feeling even over a week later but nothing like it was... I made a boo boo earlier today and drank some juice that I didn't dilute.... Oooops! So am allowing the body to recover a bit from that... My heart took off like a race horse and I instantly felt nauseated... What a weird feeling!!! So glad your holiday was good hon and glad to have you back on the boards... I plan to be much more active now that I have some experience... lol ... Take care hon! Michelle

What a awesome Christmas present. I hope you had a nice one. The gas won't last that long. So hang in there. You are going to look great. Make sure you take pictures every 2-3 weeks. I bought a disposable camera and took pictures right a long. It is amazing to see the difference when you can look at yourself in living color. For awhile I couldn't really notice the loss. Everyone else would say you look great, but I never could see it. Then I had the film developed and I was shocked. I went from a size 26-28 to a size 12-14 since May. May God Bless you and Merry Christmas. Sandy
