Glenn Goldberg passed away
I copied this from the main message board. I know he was very helpful to many of us in the WLS community.

Hi to all of you. This is Kari Goldberg, Glenn's wife, writing to you. I have some very bad and sad news. Yesterday, on a beautiful walk in a healthy body, Glenn dropped dead. I am just so blown-away with all of this. And there is so much that Glenn does in his e-mail that I have no idea about. The one thing that I do know is that this book is so important to Glenn.
My plans are to take the week of Christmas, leaving tomorrow as Glenn & I planned, to go to my parents. Our daughter is there also, just having flown in from North Carolina. We will have 3 nights on the beach, and I plan to just try and piece this together. I plan to return before New Years. After that time, I'm going to see if there's a way for me to finish his last sections. I'm just asking that you hang in there til after his Memorial on 1/23. By then, I hope to be clear if I can handle this project or... I'm just so befuttled right now. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Please feel free to let others know in the WLS community. Glenn wanted to be cremated, so we are having that done. Then there will be a memorial service, right now we're trying for 1/23 Sunday. I"ll write again when I know more.
He respected each of you and your stories so very much. This project was so important. That's why I'll do my best to figure this out. Any e-mailed ideas would be appreciated.
Sorry (for all of us) to have to be sharing this sad news.
Kari Goldberg
Glenn inspired so many and was in the midst of writing a book about WLS. He will be missed. I have provided a link to his profile and would ask that you take a few minutes to post a message to his family on his surgery page.
