Guess what kind of JOY I got
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to share my joy with you! Guess what happened? Well I went to the Dr. on 12/9/04 and he said I was doing great, I needed to exercise ASAP. I was still about 3 pounds away from breaking the 200's, which I wanted to achieve so very badly. So I went home and that evening I worked out for ten minutes, its a start. Then Saturday morning I did the same. Well this morning I don't know what got into me because I just got weighted at my last appointment, but God said girl get on the scale, so I did. Tears started rolling and I quickly jumped off the scale, re-adjusted it and got back on again, my eyes was teary and I could barely see but again I saw the same thing, my heart raced and I said ok this can't be right so I adjusted the scale and looked real hard, the scale read 195 pounds, I was shaking and my heart filled up with an unexplainable joy that only God can give you, all I could do was pray and thank God for blessing with what I so desired. God is good all the time and all the time God is good!
I felt great leaving my house this morning am more focused and dedicated now more than ever. I love Life after WLS. I was so excited I just needed to share with my support base because I know you all understand! And for those we will follow me that read this use this as a story of inspiration.
I love all of you and thank you for taking the time out to view my posting!

I know the feeling I also have to start excersising ASAP. I am now down to 189 lbs but I have been at that weight for the past 3 weeks or so. I need to get more protein in and water. I am going to buy Pro Blend 55 which has 55 grams of protein.
Again congrats! and keep up the good work. Talk to you soon.
Take care
God Bless You
