Sweet & Sour Beets

Just want to ask if it would be safe to eat Sweet & Sour Beets ????? I know they have some sugar in them 5 grams for 10 slices but I love them so and I always eat them when I make meatloaf and tonight is meatloaf. Will this cause me to dump? Is it natural sugar?? Don't want to take any chances if you guys say to stay away. Thanks for your help Marianne

i would check the ingredient label....it's a small amount of sugar for the tens slices...if it's not natural sugar, my nutritionist's rule of them is that it has to be atleast the fifth ingredient..but i would say, skip it if you can't figure it out.
