Law suits, anyone?

Has anyone ever filed a law suit against an employer or insurance company for having a written exclusion to WLS? I have contacted Walter Lindstrom to see if his office can help me out. Does anyone know whether people with written exclusions have ever won their cases? Please let me know!!! Thanks. Traci L
