I am losing.....I love it

Good PM my AMOS friends, I know it has been a while since I have posted. I have been so busy with work and working out. I am doing great, and felling groovy. Today, I had my 3rd month appt (my 3 month anniversary will be on 12/08) with Dr. G. It was a thrill. I have lost 70 pounds. I do not know how I was carrying all this extra weight. I am feeling fine. I am still having some issues with eating and consuming proteins, tums, and enough water....but I am hanging. I cannot stop thanking God, Dr. G, my family and friends and of course my AMOS friends who have been so supportive and resourceful. Hope all of you are doing well. Keep up the faith! Regine 340~~270
