Alice: Thanks!! I previously requested what I should ask and received several replies with excellent advice on what to find out. I have read many profiles and looked at the pictures. I will let you know how the appointment goes. I do not expect any problem with the insurance as I do not have to be pre-approved as long as it is medically necessary and I meet all their guidelines. I do!!!! I just am nervous as I have GERD and an ulcer. I am so afraid that I won't be able to have the surgery. Thank you for listening. God Bless all of you.
