Hello my AMOS Family, I just wanted to pop in and wish everyone a great Friday and a better weekend..... Last night I put up my Christmas Tree and it made me feel sooo much better...... Not doing to well on the weight loss program.... and just want the 6 months over....... Ok I just had to wish good wished and vent a lil...... Thanks for listening as always...... Take care Debra

Hi Debra~~ I just love this time of year!! Waking up and seeing your tree will put you in a great mood today! I know this has been said many times before--but just take one day at a time--and that six months will be here!! This is a hard time of year to lose weight but YOU can do it. Just keep on thinking about Life is truly Grand after WLS!!

Alice, Thank you hun and yes it is very hard this time of year..... though there is so much to love about it also..... I just want to get all my testing done and out of the way........ Hi Debra Good morning to you too.....5 months to go you are closer than you think...take it one day at a time and do your best what ever the weight loss might be 1/2 a lbs or no lbs is fine.... this is a very hard time of year to lose weight but keep your chin up and I'm sure you will do well....we are here for you....vent as much or as little as you want..... before you ask here it is.... ok Now I have to take a stress test......I called a new pcp and have an appointment for Monday.......I tried to call the cardioligst for the test but they said I need pre-certification from insurance well if you see the bills piling up on my table you will know that GHI has paid nothing for me....so we will see what happens when I go monday to the new doc.... wish me luck.....I know you do already....and thank you.....I also recieved a letter from GHI saying they recieved my appeal package on 11/2/04 and are reviewing it and I should not call them they will notifiy me of their decision....hows that for a kick in the pants.... all in all I'm hanging in there.....
