Exercise

The World Gym of Mineola (244-48 Herricks Road, Mineola, NY) is offering one free exercise class for post op patients. The class can either be taken on Tuesday December 7, or December 9, 2004. The class is for one hour and they will begin at 7:30pm. The instructor Gina LoMonaco has extensive experience with the post op bariatric patient. The World Gym of Mineola is the only Health Club in the United States that has an on going exercise program for Post Op bariatric patients. Exercise is a great tool to enhance your weight loss and break a plateau. Come and meet other Weight Loss Patients, and ask them directly how they like the class.
