Can anyone tell me what they usually allow you to have the first week or two when you get home? also what can you mix with your protein powder, water, skim milk, juice?
Hi Johnny, I always mix my protein powder with skim milk. That way you get additional proteins. Mind over matter. Protein shakes are GREAT! The first week or two stick to sugar-free popsickles, chicken broth, jello. Good Luck! Debbie
