surgery date

Well, I finally have a surgery date of December 20th at Buffalo General Hospital. Now just counting down the days.

Dear Darlene, Congrads on your surgery date!!! Yay for you!!! If you dont mind me asking how long did the process with Dr.Posner take? Are you having rny or band? I recently sent in my packet of information to Dr.Posner and now begin the long drawn out wait. Best Wishes to you DonnaMarie

Donna Marie, Hi! I started out on July 16th for my 1st trip to Dr. Posner. I had alot of tests to do because of my medical problems. Plus all the Dr.s were on vacation every time I tried to make an appt. so things got dragged out. After all tests were done and I went back to see the Dr. and a date was set!!! Dr. Posner is very nice and very serious about the surgery and you following all his instructions. I'm having the RNY procedure. Get a south beach diet book and start reading!!! Dr. Posner is strict about this. Let me know how you do. I'll talk soon. Darlene

Gloria, Congrats !!!!!! I will pray for a speedy recovery. Are you having open or lap surgery? Is your Dr. Debendetto? (spelling bad) lol .
