Finally Some Good News!

I know it has been awhile since I posted but I finally have something worth talking about! I got a message yesterday from Dr. DiBenedetto's office that my insurance company, Independent Health, is going to do their site visit on Friday! I first saw Dr. DiBenedetto back in March and got the psychiatrist and nutritionist visit out of the way in May. In September I had my gall bladder sonogram so the only thing that has been holding me up all this time was the insurance company. I moved on November 1 to Ransomville, NY so the days I have to work I stay with my sister and that is why I didn't get the message till tonight when I decided to check my voice mail. Things seem to be falling into place quite well for me lately so I have faith that I will soon have a surgery date! I am figuring sometime in January. This will work out great for me because as of December 11 I will be unemployed. The grocery store I work in is closing. I planned on looking for a new job sometime after the first of the year, since I moved I am about 45 minutes away from my job and it is too much trouble having to stay with my sister 5 days a week but I didnt want to do it this soon. Now that it looks like I H will be approving my surgeon I can hold off on looking for a new job until I have my surgery and recover! Moving was a real blessing since I will not be working and my rent is now half of what I was paying! So things are definitely looking up and falling into place for me!!

Nice to see you Joan~~~~ Glad to see that everything is falling into place for you--finally!!! You never gave up, good for you!!! I see alot has been going on in your life but.....Please don't stay away so long. I hope that you took your "bike" with you!! Next time you post, I hope that it will be a surgery date for you!!
