feeling better....

hi all! i went to the doctor today and found that the problem is/was with my jackson-pratt drain. apparently i am either allergic to the material it is made out of or my body was trying to heal around it and that was causing so much pain. sooooooo, the pa took the drain out and can i just say that this was the most painful thing i have ever been through. OMG!!!!!! it took my breath away and i just let out this scream that i was like... "where is this coming from?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" but i went home, slept and no longer feel like i am on my death bed. i actually drank an ounce of isopure and it hurt, but i can tolerate it. my pain level went from an 8 this morning to about a 4-5 now. thank you all for the advice! i hope to be on the real road to recovery and be back offering support to all of you very soon. Hi Shea If I have one complaint about the WLS it's that drain. OMG the Dr. didn't say when he took it out, just gave a pull oooooooocccchhhhhhh. Glad he didn't give me any warning I would of tried to get away lol I say it was the birth of my baby alien hahaha You will be feeling better now that the drain is gone Take care Kyle
