POST- SURGICAL QUESTION

Hi all, I am 1 week and 1 day post op. Feeling a little better everyday, though not great. Here's the question, I have had diahrrea for 2 days now. Whaever I injest runs right through me, including plain liquids. Has this happened to anyone else? It is making me nervous, fear of dehydration. I would appreciate input. Sorry to hear about your discomfort, but I know what your going thru. I too had the same problem. I was afraid to go anywhere, so I told the doctor about it. She knew exactly what I was talking about, but said it was most likely cause by having my gall bladder removed at the same time. She did prescribed a medication for me that worked wonderfully. She said sometimes it takes a long time to get this under control, but in my case it passed quickly. Call your doctor, what you are experiencing is not unique to just you, they have heard of it, and many other things that caused problems as well.
