Evelyn, Hello my Angel...., how are you doing? My turkey day was a great one and we are heading back home sometime today....... I think I want to start putting up some Christmas stuff..... which I will be sick of by New Years Eve....... All of these sound really good below and I will keep them in mind....... There was someone that said the nurse at the hospital told them about this new liquid vitamin....hmmmm but I can not remember now and I can not find the thread here..... Take care hun and I hope your turkey day was just as good...... Debra

Greetings Debra, In answer to your question I found a liquid multi-vitamin lot too long ago. It's called "Drinkables liquid supplements- Liquid Multi-Vitamins for Seniors", but anyone can take it. I saw an ad on early morning TV and I looked online for it. drinkables.com It's wild berry flavored and it isn't bad. Target and CVS has it. Bj's had it also. If not your can order it online. I hope that helps you. Claudia D D

I take Centrum Chewable for adults, it has 13 vitamins and 10 minerals and its orange flavor. I have never had any problems with my blood work, and they taste great. Albert
