Happy Thanksgiving to all

I just want to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. I have made the decision that because this will be my last pre-op Thansgiving I am not going to pig out. I am going to eat sensibly, light and pass on many of the extras. I have been working hard on trying to lose as much as I can pre-op and will not let my brain get into the "LAST MEAL" mode. Mary, Thank you for the wishes and I hope you and your family have a great one as well....... I know I will also try my hardest but that damn "last meal"....... I keep telling myself to take it easy and I will on the food but wow my cuz only makes these pies for Thanksgiving and I did ask her to make one that is "diet" as she just had her surgery this last April.......so we will see.....she is one of "those" people that can still eat anything!
