I am feeling very frustrated. I am close to 8 weeks out and down only 39lbs. I know I could drink more and exercise more but I am so tired since returning to work last week. I have not had it in me to exercise. I lost 45lbs post op and now another 39...So why do I feel like I am not losing like I should. I eat about 600-800 calories a day but I don't even know what I should be eating. i have not had one bite of anything I am not suppose to. I keep hearing the first 6 months are the "honeymoon" and you will lose the most weight...I am 2 months out and lost 39lbs. It just seems sucky to me and I know WLS wasn't a miracle solution but will it ever speed up? I guess I just need to hear it will but it seems like I am destined to be a slow loser. What can I do differently?

Michelle don't worry about not losing fast enough you are losing and you are doing great.....you can not compare your self to others .....everyone loses at a different rate.....please don't bang your head against the wall cause you think you should be losing more than what you are.....84 lbs 45 lbs pre-op and 39lbs post-op in two months woooooooohoooooooo when have you been able to lose 39 lbs in two months before surgery....... Michelle you are doing great....get your water in and your protiens in.....if you are to tired to exercise when you get home pop in a leslie sampson video and just walk with her at home than shower and rest if not try getting up 30min earlier to walk in place at home if you have not video..... Sweeite don't stress and keep up the good work you are doing Christine
