Looks like im gonna have to start the process allllllllllllllllll over again! My Dr isnt in the PPO network, and i knew that and was willing to pay the $3,000 out of pocket fees till my plan would then pay at 100%. What i failed to realise is that it doesnt mean id only have to pay up to the $3,000, but since hes not in the network, they dont concider every dollar twards the $3,000 deductable, just what the normal charges would be. Of cource my Dr charges more than what they concider normal charges so my out of pocket $3,000 can really go sky high.............. Hope i explained it correctly Bottom line..........back to square 1 with a new Dr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that, did you ask you doc in the begining of your process, did you ask the insurance company in the beginning of your process... I hope you get a copy of all your pre-op testing to take with you to the new doc...if you decide to get one....so you don't have to do it again... My doc isn't in network but is willing to take what the insurance company is willing to pay... Again I am sorry you are going to start your search for a new surgeon... but I will be praying for you and hope all works out....... Christine
