Smokers??

Hey there AMOS family... as most know, I have a surgery date of 12-8 and am having a dickens of a time battling the nicotine urges. I splurged and smoked, not much but enough for me to become concerned. Is anyone else battling the same urges? I need help and need it now. If i don't give it up for good I can't have the surgery! What do I do?? Please help me. Jalonda

ONE OF MY REQUIREMENTS TO HAVE THE SURGERY IS THAT I QUIT SMOKING SO I GAVE AWAY (OR SOLD) 5 CARTONS OF CIGARETTES THIS WAS SOMTHING I WANTED MORE THEN CIGARETTES SO BECAUSE I WAS A GUM CHEWER I ABUSED NICORETTE IT HELPED ALOT GOOD LUCK TO YOU AND ILL SEE YOU ON THE LOSERS SIDE STACY 232/162/130
