Is Corned Beef a Yes or a No??

It's a little more money, but if you purchase the "thin cut" corned beef, (Frierich's brand is good) it's more lean, and easier to cut than the big slab corned beef. Plus, it looks nicer when you slice it and put it on a platter. MMM... you just gave me an idea for dinner this week! Corned beef and cabbage!!! (wait... too gasey!) scratch the cabbage!
