Jello Salad: 1 package sugar-free orange jello, 1 package sugar-free cook and serve vanilla pudding, 1 package tapioca pudding, 1 small can of mandrine oranges (drained), 1 large can of crushed pineapple - in it's own juice (drained), 1 small container of lite cool whip. Boil 3 cups of water. Mix in jello, pudding and tapioca with a whisk for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool in refrigerator or freezer. I cool in the freezer for 1 hour. Then add oranges and cool whip. Put in refrigerator. Ummmmmmmmmmm Good! I have also substituted raspberries in this recipe, using raspberry jello, and either fresh or frozen raspberries.
Cooked Apples. Pare and slice 4 baking apples, put in a cooking pot, mix together 1/2 cup of Spenda, 2 tablespoons of Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup of water to cooking pot, add apples, and top with dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Coo****il apples are tender. Delicious!!!!!!!!
