I am on my countdown. November 19th is my big day. I can't wait to be on the losing side. I scheduled pre-surgical testing and final clearance from primary physician. I am nervous, a little scared and very excited. I have purchased protein powder, GNC brand, if anyone has suggestions of other brands let me know. Actually, I will take any suggestions which will help. Thanks for all the support. Beth

Hello there Beth! It's me, Stephanie... your pal from the "Cussatti Club" LOL! I'm glad to see you've gotten a date and are almost on the losing side! Do not worry, you are in wonderful hands! Dr. Cussatti is the greatest. We all love him. I'm already down 20 pounds in less than a month, and feel absolutely fantastic! Just do everything he says, and you'll have good results. I just know you're going to have wonderful results! I purchased Unjury protein powder. It's not that bad. If you haven't purchased unflavored protein powder yet, Unjury is the one to try. I didn't use a lot of mine, because I was using another one at the same time. I still have almost an entire container of it yet. You are welcome to have it. You don't have to spend the money if you don't want to; I'll give it to you. If you'd like to read more about Unjury, go to Unjury.com. They are really helpful and the customer service is great! It was also very reasonable ($22.00 with shipping). Also, a good one that I bought (through a friend) is from Melaleuca. It's a natural products company (catalog based), and their shake has 30g of protein per serving. I cut the serving in half because it was too much to drink at sitting. You can try it too, I have lots left. Melaleuca.com, and look for "Proflex 30". It has a very creamy, almost fluffy consistency (when you use a blender) and is very filling. I hope all is well with you! Please keep in touch! Steph 262/242/145
