Only one more month!

Well my fellow NYers, in one more month I WILL be on the losing side!!!! I CANNOT wait!!!!!!!!! November 15th cannot come soon enough. I do have some quick questions about the protein shakes. Can you guys reccomend some good flavorful ones? Thanks! Janet

Hi there Janet, I have tried them all. I don't like the thick consistancy so this one is great. It is made with SPLENDA. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and bought it. Its called "Body Tech" Whey protein in a can. I add one packet of sweet and low and ice and MMMMMMMMMMMMM. The vanilla and chocolate is great. It's like drinking Crystal light . It is not thick and yucky. It has 17 grms protein. Check it out. There are so many but which one can you stand? I must have tried 25 of them . This is the best. Good luck and do try this one..... Hay Janet; I have been trying alot of them myself since I'm scheduled for November 19th. Alot of them upset my stomach though. I have only been able to stomach the carb conscious slim fast that has 1 gm of suger and 20 gms of protein per can and the banana champion but i can only drink about a half cup of that before getting quezzy. I have a bunch of samples that I can share if you want to try some different flavors. Just let me know. Kathi
