Hey Celena! I'm doing good. I finally got a chance to post from work, LOL I'm finally getting some free time here and there so I can catch up on everyone. How are you doing? You must be doing great yourself!! Hugs Marilyn

I'm doing good down from 260lbs to 191 lbs and can fit into a 13/14 I feel so good I don't regret this surgery for anything !! Theres 1 thing that I do hate and thats the hair loss I have thick hair but I'm shedding like a dog when does it stop !!

Hey Celena! My hair loss lasted about 6 weeks and started on or around the 4th month Post-op, it varies with each individual. I just ate more Protein rich foods and I also washed my hair less that I usually did, it seemed to fall out whenever I washed it, which was daily. It does grow back so don't worry, just because it falls out doesnt mean it won't come back. That was my biggest fear , LOL Good luck. Hugs Marilyn

Thank you, thank you for remembering my birthday. Hi Celena, how are you? It's crazy here at work. I'm still stuck in a PLATEU!! I went to see Dr.Silva yesterday and he's pleased with the weight loss. It was one year ago I began the process and thank god here I am on the loosing side. Good luck to everyone. Hugs and kisses.

Hi Villie, I get stuck at a platue to at least once a month than all of a sudden I wiil lose about 5 lbs the platue will break soon !!! Keep up the good work and enjoy your day go out an !!!
