2 Month Check Up !!!!

My NY Family !! I just got home from the Doctors......I just wanted to tell you all my Blood Pressure was PERFECT !!! PERFECT.....WOW.... ANDDDDDDDDD.........DRUM ROLL PLEASE !!! I have lose a total of 65 lbs since July 23rd !!! My Doctor cheered for me.........I almost cried..The girls in the lab told me to hold on to my britches...LOL and wondered if they would know me when I went back in Jan......She even got blood from my ARM and not my HAND... She told me SEEEE Brenda !! No more HAND !!!......This journey is SOOOOO Amazing.....Thank You God See U All Soon Love Brenny -65
