hip medicaid

does anyone know if hip medicaid requires that 6 month supervised diet>.? I had my band removed 2 months ago and want the sleeve.

 Best thing to do is call them. Once you've got them on the phone ask them about all of their pre-op requirements. You don't want to find out the hard way that you missed something. 

I have HIP Medicaid.  oing with Dr roslin at Lenox Hill Hosp.  they do require it but The staff at lenox hill said they are getting around it lately
