Anyone from Suffolk County looking for a workout buddy

all of my friends are thin and do not understand how difficult working out when severely obese is.  If anyone in suffolk county near Ronkonkoma is looking for a workout buddy I would appreciate one.

A little about me..I had gastric bypass a bit over 2 years ago. I actually am a support group leader through OH and run my own support group, if you're interested. But, if you'd just like a workout buddy, thats fine too!

Thank you so much Ido not have a membership to planet fitness but that is something I am certainly willing to look into.    I am still trying to get approval for my surgery but doing what I can on my own until then so I would absolutely love a support group.
