Thanks to Lisa at Synergy in Buffalo NY my surgery was cancelled
Please stay on top of this office if you have your surgery there !! You can see from my profile things did not go well for me. There was total miscommunication with the office, there were times when they didn't return an emergency call at all. I loved my doctor but the office staff almost killed me. If you have any problems or questions after surgery and don't feel they are responding to you, please go to the hospital to be seen. Good Luck, I'm glad now I had the surgery, but I paid a very high price.
So sorry, how frustrating. You should all post this to the surgeon's pages. If potential patients read theses experiences they may clean up their act. Perhaps there is a more reliable surgery practice you can transfer your files to. Best of luck.
