where did everyone run off to?
At one time not to long ago this was quite an active board, many friends, sharing and support. I know I have been busy with being a new mom, but would enjoy more activity here from newbies and longtermers...I am in need of giving and receiving support on this journey.
PLEASE take a moment to post to say hello, tell us where you are at, what are some non scale victories and challenges you may be having................together we win!
I am struggling a little to figure the exercise thing out, being a breastfeeding mom I can get about 2 hr away from baby, I know I need to start pumping but alas have not yet...thanks

hey Jamie.. how are you doing? I haven't been here on the NY site in a bit myself... just occasionally post when Ellis is having support group evenings. Seems like they run pretty much the same as Alb. Med. otherwise I might just run down and say hello sometime. (That is if your groups are open to folks from other surgeons pts....)
You are an inspiration to many of us here being that you are so much further along and have the bonus of first had knowledge.... Not to mention being an RN.
I will try to come here more often - enjoy your posts.

Hope everyone is doing good on here ,
I'm down about 185 - 190 in 22 months , doing fab , just had hip replacement surgery three weeks ago and the loss of weight really has helped .
Anyone out there in the Hudson Valley looking for a support group , Iam too . The one I attended stopped last spring and we were getting 15 to 20 every time .
