Hello from Gettysburg, PA

Hello,

We just arrived.  My daughter Giovanna will be attending classes tomorrow, auditioning and being tested on Saturday (I arranged for her to sleep in a dorm room on Saturday night and eat with current students) and returning home on Sunday evening.

Last weekend we were in Virginia and Next week is Ithaca, then Ohio, Pottsdam and Fredonia, I'm tired just thinking about it all!

On a positive note, I just spotted the gym and will work out tomorrow and the remainder of the trip. 

Enjoy these Mother-daughter weekends! I hope she finds the perfect school!

Hi Maryellen - I loved doing the college visit thing. Did some great bonding with both my kids on those road trips.

I am a Fredonia Mom. My son graduated from the Math Education program there last May and is now working on his master's degree there. He loves that school. Small but big enough to get a great education. Sounds like your daughter is planning some sort of music/theater/arts major as she is auditioning. Great school for that too.

Yes, she is a Music Ed Major, she'll be auditioning this weekend at Ithaca, then Baldwin Wallace in OH, then Crane @ Pottsdam then Fredonia too.
