75lbs down at 3 months out!!!

 Just wanted to let everyone know...that I got on the scale this morning and weighed 254! That brings me down to a total of 75lbs lost in 3 months..well almost on the 17th will be.

Congratulations!    Keep up the great work!  Please share what you are doing to get the weight off so fast.  Any diet and exercise tips would be greatly appreciated.

 Thanks so much for the replies. As far as any tips on how I am losing it so fast..I have no idea. I am walking twice a day for about 30 mins at a time. Plus, I eat my 6 small meals a day and lots of water. I get in the recommended amount of water and all my vitamins. I am going to be joining a gym for this winter and doing water fitness. I do swim almost twice a week also..except lately it has been cold. Swimming is one of the best things to do for every muscle in your body and to tone up. Water fitness is going to be something I do everyday except sundays when I join the gym. I am so excited too.
