NY Walk From Obesity--REMINDER!!
The NYC Walk From Obesity is September 13, 2009.
I would LOVE to have other OH'ers join the walk this year, maybe some of those Long Island groups can come in? (Another hint directed to MaryEllen)
Here's the link to sign up & help raise money for research or come out that day and join in--the goodie bags are AMAZING!! Kids walk for free!!
Perhaps we could have an OH lunch after the walk? Anyone interested?

201 pounds lost since surgery!! And I'm 2 1/2 inches taller too!!
And YES I still eat Carbs and Fats but I know what portion control is!!
