does anyone know of a good psychiatrist/psychologist/ psychiatric NP? I don't care which one I see but I'm a wreck and I think it's about time I finally see someone about it. Thanks!

I have an appointment to see Dr. Karen Namaste in Williamsville next month.  I don't know much about her, other than she agreed to see me about my WLS...lol.   I'll keep you posted though.  I can find you her number if you're interested.

Can I ask you ladies why are you seeing someone without getting to personal? Is this normal for WLS, does it help? Is there something I am missing?
