~Our group is a closed group. Family members and friends are welcomed to our physical activities, but our support group is for those who have already had or are planning to have Bariatric Surgery.
~POSE LI welcomes all Bariatric Surgery types!

Where: Speno Park, East Meadow, NY (Directions below)

From the Southern State Pkwy
Take the Southern State Parkway to Rt 106 N/Newbridge Rd. Exit 25N. Make a left at the first intersection onto North Jerusalem Avenue. The next intersection is East Meadow Ave., turn right onto East Meadow and after less than ½ mile, Speno Park willbe on your right side.

 From the Wantagh Pkwy
Take Wantagh Parkway to Hempstead Turnpike (Route 24) EXIT W3 W (west). Make a left at the first intersection onto Newbridge Road heading South. Go to North Jerusalem Avenue and make a right turn onto North Jerusalem Avenue. The next intersection is East Meadow Ave., turn
right onto East Meadow and after less than ½ mile, Speno Park will be on your right side.

From the Northern State
Take the Northern State Pkwy East to EXIT 33, which is the Wantagh Pkwy. Follow Directions above.

when is the 2nd one this month...dying to come but 2nd thursday of month is the support group for my sureons office

I believe our second meeting is the 23rd.

Do you know when the next support group at Good Sams Hospital in West Islip, will be.  I know that it is usually on a Saturday morning but I dont know when.  Thanks for your help!

Hiya!

Sorry I got this message so late...my parents are moving, so I was occupied with that all day! Anyway, unfortunately, there was a meeting at Good Sam today. They have them every other week, so not next week, but the week after...I missed it too because of the move.

Hopefully I will see you there in 2 weeks! It starts at 9am-10:30am in the Guild Conference Center. Come in the main enterance of the hospital and pass the information booth and gift shop. Then, make a left and you'll see a sign, on the right, for the Guild Volunteers(I think it says that...but just look for the word Guild.)
