Hey everyone... ~Hugs~
Well I just wanted to peek in and see how you all are doing?

It has been a while since I was in here, things have been crazy but turning things around and making myself come first again! I will give some info on me for those that do not know me.

I had my RNY on June 6, 2005, I lost 138 lbs going from 285 down to 152. I have gained back and now I am sitting at 214. I just went to Weigh****chers to get myself back on track and I will go for my first weigh in on Thursday next week.  My goal is to get my eating back to the healthy choices that I was making a while back and if I lose some weight that is a benefit.

I also went back to my old gym for the classes, which I loved and worked great for me. (Kickboxing and bootcamp) I will take these changes slowly so they become good habits again in my life. I know now that I have to deal with my eating addiction for the rest of my life! Once I had my surgery and lost my weight was was feeling/treated as "Normal" but now I know I will never really be normal! I have an addiction, it has to be worked every day for the rest of my life for this to be a success!

Well thanks for listening and I look forward to be seeing more of you here!

Miss ya guys!

Jamie,
Thank you for posting, you have been such an important part of this forum for sure! THANK YOU for all that you do here!

Yeah for sure it is NOT a magic bullet! I need to get back to the basics and work this TOOL again, so far so good! We learn every day and it will be that way forever I am sure!
